Discover the recipe of veal cutlets with cherry sauce by Henriette from Camping Sites & Paysages !
Ingredients for 2 people :
– 1 veal cutlet per person
– a ball of vegetable margarine (5 cm of thickness)
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 350g of cherries
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth powder
– sea salt
– epper of mixing 5 bays
Wash and pit the cherries and cut into small pieces. Put them in a bowl. Browned minutes veal cutlets on both sides in a frying pan. Add sea salt, pepper 5 berries and a bit of curry to taste.
Meanwhile, let the vegetable margarine melt, add the sugar and some pieces of cherries. Keep stirring the mix all the time, and press gently with back of a spoon on the cherries, so they let out a little juice. Continue this action until the mixture begins to boil. Boil the sauce over low heat for a few minutes and continue to push the cherries.
Add the powder or stock cube and let the sauce reduce a little. Set the sauce aside.
Finish to cook the veal cutlets for 3 minutes. Add the veal cutlets juices to the sauce and heat the sauce. You are ready to serve your veal cutlets with cherry sauce.
