Let’s go to Normandy where Sophie from Camping Sites & Paysages La Catinière lets you discover her spring rolls with apples and camembert !
For the receipe, you will need : 4 sheets of brik pastry, 2 apples, ½ camembert, 8 shelled walnuts, butter, salt and pepper.
Chop the apple into cubes and fry in butter. In the centre of a sheet of brik pastry place an 1/8 of a camembert, apple cubes, and 2 chopped walnuts. Season to taste. Form a small parcel with the pastry sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) for 5 minutes.
Sophie’s Tip : eat the sprin rolls with a fresh salad !
